Stefan AdamczykStefan Adamczyk

Managing Director

Stefan first got involved with digital advertising back in 1999 and has been at the sharp end of digital media and emerging platforms ever since. A digital media all-rounder, he has worked within both media agencies and sales teams.

On the media agency side, he has held positions at Agenda21 (acquired by Grey Group in 2001) and PHD where he was responsible for online strategy, planning and trading for key agency advertising brands. On the commercial side, he developed his sales skills at Lycos where he was responsible for generating advertising sales.

Before co-founding Kick, Stefan, worked at Ad Infuse where he developed strong relationships within the mobile sector and a thorough understanding of mobile as an advertising and marketing platform.

Stefan’s career is reflective of his strong passion for emerging technologies.

Mike McLauchlanMike Mclauchlan
Commercial Director

Mike is a chartered accountant who was a partner for over 10 years in the Edinburgh office of Grant Thornton, an international accountancy practice. He has subsequently spent the last 15 years working in the communications sector as a Finance Director.

He was a director and shareholder in The Chase in Manchester, a leading graphic design consultancy for a number of years. He then joined and helped set up Farm Communications Ltd, in London. As its Financial and Commercial Director, he was responsible for managing the growth of this highly regarded agency into a medium-sized, fully integrated communications services group delivering ATL, BTL, media comms planning and studio services.

Farm was eventually sold to the Cello Group, an AIM listed company, and Mike was very closely involved with all of the commercial, accounting and taxation matters arising from the sale, which was successfully concluded in June 2006.

Mike’s overall experience of managing and growing small to medium-sized enterprises in the communications sector is particularly relevant for his role in Kick Mobile.
